Unless a balanced budget is passed at the federal level, no tax shall be collected, no politician shall be paid.

Unless a Federal budget is created and put in place within the next 30 days, all politicians, regardless of level (city,county, state or federal), shall cease to receive any pay for service rendered to political office. Also, no taxes shall be collected at either state or federal level.
All pay will be reinstated once the budget is in place.
Taxes will not to be collected retroactively.
If a budget is not in place at the end of 30 days, a permanent 1% decrease in pay and one less perk will be permanently be put in place. This 1%, 1 less perk is per day!
If you think this is harsh, put a budget in place. It is about time the politicians are put in their place. This is a republic, not a dictatorship.
