Unreasonable for me to get 10000 signatures 30 days on net on such a CCP attack USA problem, sent letter via post office

President Obama: It is unreasonable for me to get 100000 signatures in 30 days on such a special way
CCP invading USA or tortured me from Shanghai China
when I am staying Saipan USA, which I have reported you
for two times on last Nov. and this Jan. Because I got no
reply from you, I had to open it to world press. Then the
Russian Research institute had recognized some fact
which I told you in a priority letter via post office at Saipan,
I mailed you this morning. So I ask you to take it seriously
about my petition which maybe related the national security
of United States and then could investigate it.
