We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Unsung Victims

Created by T.B. on July 30, 2016

I think the Department of Justice should automatically look into each suspicious death of an unarmed African-American by police officers. The DOJ should examine the facts to determined if the victim's civil rights were violated, without waiting for a request from local authorities to address these deaths, which are occurring throughout the United States.
The DOJ appears to be "the best possibility for the African-American community, those most impacted by police abuse and misconduct, to potentially obtain some sense of justice."
