Change etiquette to recognize the US flag as the peoples flag and not just the governments flag. Make it recognized that family and friends or whom ever can lower flag half mass to honor the passing of family member, friend or what ever American Citizen needs to be honored. Not just people in the spot light. We all deserve the respect of our country.
Also forbid any US flag made outside of the Untied States of America. Show this respect by barring all imports of all US Flags. We are Americans and we need to respect our Flag!
