Until Patriot Act is repealed, require all Congressman to make all of their electronic communications publicly available

As long as the United States government insists on spying upon its citizens, the citizens should have the right to spy on their leaders. Until the Patriot Act is repealed in its entirety, all Congressman, the President, and members of the Cabinet should be required to share every one of their electronic communications with the public.
