It is a well know fact to many political activists and economists that our infrastructure, namely our roads, interstates etc.are in serious dis-repair and need an over haul on a grand massive scale. Since 1956 with the creation of the Dwight D. Eisenhower National System of Interstate and Defense Highways we saw a unifying of the country in terms of roads connecting the different states. It has since seen minor repairs, but for the most part has fallen into dis-repair since then.
This operations when it was taken on created millions of jobs and poured money into the economy in a massive way. This petition is aimed to benefit the American people by undertaking a massive project for the government to hire unemployed and start a massive interstate re-construction project.
