The official unemployment rate is very misleading. Let's make it accurately reflect the real world conditions.
Most citizens don't realize that long-term unemployed who have "given up" on finding work don't count in the pool of unemployed people. As the CEO of Gallup recently said: You can't get anymore unemployed than that. Many other factors currently used make the unemployment rate very misleading also. Let's make it more realistic.
