Update the Job Seeking / Screening Process - The current job seeking / screening process has been in place for many years and is outdated. Employers request a resume to apply for a job and then the employer requests that people complete the same information on a job application. After this the job seeker is then asked to complete a survey to see if the person is a good job candidate. This whole process can take an hour or more to complete and isn't a true representation of who someone really is and if the person has job competence. We need to as a society get back to face to face meetings and allow people a fair chance at employment. Instead of relying on software programs to screen for the right person because these screenings are unfair and could even be labeled as job prejudice.
