Update Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requirements for nutrition labels to include an "Exercise Cost" listed near the Calories number. Labeling a 250 calorie bottle of soda with the additional info that the average person would have to "Run 50 Minutes" or "Walk 5 Miles" in order to burn those calories would help inform consumers and allow them to make easier nutritional and health decisions.
