The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects (including, but not limited to, DNA, computers, phones, mail, email, documents, telephone records and all other business records) against unreasonable searches and seizures even when traveling among or re-entering the United States, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause and not in secret, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
