update IRS rules to have the AMT (Alternative Minimum Tax) apply to Corporations.

Created by A.T. on December 27, 2012

Per the U.S. Supreme Court rulings in Citizens United, corporations have been extended rights as "people".

Since corporations are now so recognized, they should also share the responsibilities of other citizens, including paying their fair share of taxes, and being subject to the AMT.

The goal is to close tax loop-holes used by GE, Exxon, and other corporations who now pay little or nothing.
