I have started this petition in hopes to get laws updated to modern times. Drug dealers are getting away with murder. They are selling drugs to people and feeding their addictions. Yes these addicts are getting it on their own but not every addict is aware of what the dealer is selling. If a drug dealer is selling a drug that causes death to another human bean they should be punished just like any person who has murdered someone with a weapon. We need stiffer penalties for these people who continue to sell drugs. Drugs kill and if a person sells them they are risking someone's life and deserve to be punished to the fullest extent of the law! Also their needs to be more investigating done on Overdose cases especially if a person has died. To many things are being ignored and needs to stop!!
