Many military members are being discharged without recieving proper care or medical benefits. Some members were dishonarably discharged and have suffered injuries or illness aquired during service and are not getting assistance others are voluntarily leaving service only later to discover they are not able to get assistance for conditions derived while in service. Also there is a consistant loss of medical records which also affects the care mil components recieve or even the disability pay that should be rendered to them. The standard of medical care for our armed service personel should be re-evaluated across the board.
