Update the voting process to encourage the younger generations to vote

Update the voting process to encourage younger people to vote. We the people should have the option to vote online on a government run and protected website. We can verify our identities using our name, date of birth, social security number, and possibly a voting number issued to you as a registered voter. We already do this in many forms for credit cards etc. It can easily be done and will really make all of America heard.
