On November 15, 2004 Sgt Peralta made the conscious decision to smother an insurgent's grenade with his body in order to save his fellow Marines..but due to the fact that he was wounded at the time of the action it is being said there is not enough evidence that he didn't just fall on the grenade..First hand accounts of that day should be proof enough..give Sgt Peralta what he earned with his life
