Encourage the USPS to use existing technologies to grow market share, increase customer satisfaction and attain financial success.
-Implement the usage of printers connected to the cloud allowing customers to print correspondence at intended locations allowing for customization (paper length, texture, inks etc...) and faster delivery.
-Create a payment network allowing individuals to send payments (checks, benefits etc..) to one another via cloud connected printers.
-Experiment with 3D printing and use developments to reduce package deliveries.
-Use drones to deliver packages and letters.
Taking advantage of these technologies could drastically reduce transportation and manpower costs for the postal service. At the same time, it would create satisfied customers.
