I believe that the www.time.gov website should be update, because it is ancient. It's a website that a lot of schools and organizations reference when giving tests or validating network times, and it is NOT reflective of the United States government in its appearance.
This is historical material “frozen in time”. The website is no longer updated and links to external websites and some internal pages may not work.
