uphold the 1st and 2nd amendment with regard to the foreign correspondent Piers Morgan and enforce his deportation

Created by R.L. on January 09, 2013

As Legal precedent dictates that foreign nationals can be deported from the United States for subversion against the Constitution. In Harisiades v. Shaugnessy (1952), the US Supreme Court upheld Harisiades’ deportation by ruling that the first amendment did not protect Harisiades’ membership of the Communist Party.

In the same manner the subversive activities of Piers Morgan and his national pulpit that allow championing those activities unquestioned are detrimental to the republic of the United States of America.

Since legal precedent does exist, we ask you to reconsider your previous response and uphold the constitution, legal precedents and the law of the land.
