To uphold the 4th Amendment in regards to the NSA and other contracted government agencies both foreign and domestic.

I would like for the White House to reinforce the Bill of Rights in regards to the 4th Amendment and due process in the wake of news that the NSA is actively wiretapping all communication between citizens all the time. I would like also for the White House to make the same case for any and all intelligence gathering techniques that are employed via the use of contractors, sub-contractors, foreign governments, foreign and/or domestic companies whether their method be active or passive, electronic or photographic. These programs should be dismantled and that because they limit liberty and freedom the penalties for their use should be severe.
