President Obama has claimed the essential quality of a monarch. He has claimed that, under vague circumstances (decided by his lawyers, in secret), he may order the death of an American citizen, without judicial review.
No President--particularly without a Congressional declaration of war or emergency--may decide, entirely on his own, whether a citizen of the United States lives or dies. This is THE fundamental principle of a free society. So long as this principle is attacked, we are not free.
President Obama must renounce the powers claimed in the "White Paper," and uphold the due process guarantees of the 5th Amendment.
