Immigration should be equal for all persons under the existing laws. It is not fair to those here illegally or brought here illegally to jump to the head of the line.
The laws need to be enforced as they are written. Steps need to be taken to change the laws to eliminate certain parts of the law that allow babies born here to be citizens even if there parents are not. All must be required to be able to read and write English and pass tests before becoming citizens.
We should not be required to press 1 for English.
If there are not enough jobs for Americans, immigration should be limited to those professions that are in need of skilled workers. I do not see any Doctors or Engineers crawling over fences to enter this country!
