Uphold Article 2 section 4 of the Constitution and start the process to impeach President Barack H. Obama

This petition will uphold Article 2 section 4 of the Constitution and start the movement for the House of Representatives to impeach the President of the United States of America, Barack H. Obama, for failure to uphold his oath of office to Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States. President Obama was in direct violation of the War Powers Act of 1973 by conducting a war against Libya without Congressional authorization. President Obama's effort to bring the US under the UN's Small Arms Treaty is a direct violation of the Second Amendment. President Obama's office was directly involved with Operation Fast&Furious that resulted in the death of a U.S. Border Patrol Agent; Obama administration invoked executive privilege to stop disclosure of documentation to Congress
