Microsoft has just filed for a Kinect patent that allows them to invade the privacy of your home and "count" the number of warm bodies in a living room. If the # exceed the # of people that the MPAA allows to watch a movie at home, then Microsoft XBOX will stop the movie and demand you pay extra money.

From the abstract: “The users consuming the content on a display device are monitored so that if the number of user-views licensed is exceeded, remedial action may be taken.”
Action must be taken to STOP this kind of patent. Under no circumstances should this be allowed to be processed, & we should not be forced to sue a company to stop such a violation of our rights!
