The President of the United States will immediately take all steps necessary to verifiably secure the US-Mexican border. The incursion by OTM or Mexican citizens without proper authorization by the US will cease and desist. All persons illegally entering will be returned to their country of origin, or one of US choosing. No persons illegally entering will be processed by the US or transported into the interior US for any reason. Grants of asylum at the US-Mexican border are hereby suspended until further notice. ICE will be given full authority, including use of lethal force if necessary, to carry out the directive of the President.
