Whereas your predecessor, Andrew Jackson, when the US Supreme Court decided the case of Samuel A. Worcester v. Georgia 31 U.S. (6 Pet.) 515 (1832), instead of his sworn duty to uphold the Constitution, said, "John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!". And whereas 36 successors to Andrew Jackson have all failed enforce this decision. The 44th President of the United States of America, Barack H. Obama Jr. uphold the oath he took on Jan. 20, 2009, and decree that the Cherokee Nation be re-established within the boundaries of the Treaty of New Echota (1830).
