uphold the First Amendment; "Seperation of Church and State"

Tentatively on March 26th, and March 27th 2013, the Supreme Court will be hearing cases in regards to gay marriage.
We the People hereby petition the Obama Administration to uphold the First Amendment, and disallow any arguments whether it be for or against gay marriage; that pertain to religious beliefs.(I.E. "The bible says if a man lays with another man he should be stoned")
Furthermore we ask that if any justices ruling over this case allow such arguments to be made, that an Executive Order that will call for congress to immediately begin the impeachment and conviction process of said justice; and that immediately disbars the lawyer who introduced the argument be signed.
