Uphold The Free Higher Education For African Americans Plan
On August 5, 2010 President Obama promised to review and take under advisement the Job Creation Restoration Plan.
One of the many benefits of the Job Creation Restoration Plan (a copy can be found at www. theemancipationproclamation.com) is that it will provide free higher education to African Americans throughout the United States which can begin immediately with an Executive Order from President Obama or be upheld by the United States Congress.
This plan will reduce the high unemployment, crime and poverty rates in African American communities.
Therefore we request that President Obama uphold this Free Higher Education For African Americans Plan with his Executive Order.
