The US VP Biden is duty bound to ask Guyana President about "respect for the integrity of persons, respect for civil liberties, political rights, corruption and the lack of transparency in Government, Government’s attitude regarding international and non-governmental investigation of alleged violations of human rights, discrimination, social abuse, trafficking in persons and workers’ rights." Especially about US citizens who are targeted by this government, US citizens who were killed and those who are on death list. He must ask about the use of phantom killing squads to spread terror by public assassinations all in the interest for racketeering by the Guyana government , their family and friends. Mr. President please help the guyanese peoples especially those who are American citizens.
