This is to reverse the decision by the U. S. Court of Appeals in the DC Circuit on January 14, 2014 to toss out FCC regulations to ensure net neutrality. The court's decision will allow all internet service providers, including telecom, cable, and satellite companies that provide internet connections, to slow or block competing websites, apps and email accounts, to further their own business interests.
