give back the peoples rights to travel in their personal car/truck for personal reasons, just as long as it is not for commerce use or for profit.. here is the state laws for the state of minnesota. it will explain why we do not need to have a drivers license to use our personal car/truck on a public road.Driver" means every person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle. Vehicle means every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon a highway, excepting devices used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks transportation means The removal of goods or persons from one place to another, by a carrier. I am not a carrier and not involved in transportation so I do need a drivers license. I am not in commerce.
