Uphold the Power of Citizens & maintain the Integrity of the Government who exists by, for, and only to serve the People

This Petition serves to stand for the citizens of the United States of America who wish to see the injustice of only two Major Parties (Democrat/Republican) in our legislative structure. I petition that a Federal Regulation allow that Non-Partisan, Independent, or Minor Party Candidates be allowed the same and equal opportunity to represent citizens of their respective cities, counties, states, and provinces of the Unite States of America. No candidate should pay a party for its nomination, all payments should be made to office of public service that each particular candidate is running, and no candidate should have to petition for their name to be officially placed on a ballot if they have also payed the fee directly to a government body.
