Dear Mr. President,
We ask for your intervention and power to uphold the rightful enforcement of CSPA. There are a lot of "aged-out" child derivatives who have waited so long, together with their parents, for their visas to be current. But this is not what's happening now. These children have no fault in the "waiting times" of the visas availability. Most of these families waited more than (at least) 20 years to go to the US. The authors/legislators of CSPA have testified that its language and goal is to re-unite families and not to lose "aged-out" children's right to go to the US in the fastest time. Please ensure that the "ages-out" children uses their parents "PRIORITY DATES" or "automatic conversion" as mandated by CSPA.
