Uphold the rights instated by the constitution and allow for peaceful secession and punish those trying to prevent peace

Many states have recently signed petitions to secede from the union, some are saying punish them by exile, I say punish those who drive us towards violence with talk of more brother against brother, I say punish those who are speaking against freedom of speech by asking for fellow countrymen to be ousted from their homes for speaking their mind, I say shame to the ones that would go against another American for benefits provided by the government and self interest, shame to those that want to stir violence and shame to the government for letting this once beautiful nation become a symbol of strife and despair
