Uphold the rights of the people granted under the 4th Amendment to the Constitution and take action to uphold our rights

Created by H.S. on June 07, 2013

Given the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America states:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

We, the people demand:
1) The US Government cease all ‘dragnet’ style surveillance of US Citizens.
2) That the 4th Amendment be read, out loud at all FISA court proceedings and that FISA judges sign a declaration that they believe each order granted is not prohibited by the 4th Amendment.
3) Declassify all broad surveillance of US Citizens so that proper discourse can occur.
