We the people petition the Obama administration to uphold the law of the land by investigating and aggressively prosecuting individuals and organizations which have flouted the law and damaged our economy and trust in the federal judicial system by engaging in illegal activities including money laundering and securities fraud.
Unless the Department of Justice reverses it's decision not to prosecute HSBC and similar organizations, it is signalling that in fact there are two justice systems- one for the ordinary citizen, and one for those "too big to fail" this undermines the legitimacy of any and all other decisions made by the Government of the united states, and is a clear affront to all citizens.
Therefore, we petition the administration to redress these grievances immediately.
