US 10th Amendment States:
"powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
This means that any independent state can create and maintain any policy or law that the Constitution does not explicitly prohibit, even if it conflicts with federal laws holding jurisdiction within the District of Columbia and on US military bases.
The Constitution does not prohibit secession, the right of any person to use any medicine, and specifically upholds our to civil liberties such as the right to bear arms.
We the people propose that state law be recognized as superseding federal law, and that any state law be upheld and respected unless it can be proven to violate US constitutional policy
