Uphold the twenty-fourth amendment by litigating states with voter I.D. laws to repeal said laws.

Recently there have been a number of states that have passed laws requiring those citizens whom wish to vote to have with them a form of government issued identification. The twenty-fourth amendment of the United States Constitution bars anyone being denied or abridged the right to vote on the grounds of failing to pay a poll tax or other tax. In order for a person to obtain a government issued identification there is often if not always an associated fee with the processing and administration of said identification (a tax). Those states that require voters to produce government issued identifications and provide no way for their citizens to obtain one without charge are in fact violating the twenty-fourth amendment of the United States Constitution.
