The President of US has sworn to uphold the Constitution of United States of America which includes the so called Bill of Rights. The first Amendment guarantees the right to petition the government. The current Occupy protest are covered by the First Amendment. Furthermore the Constitution of the US supersedes all ordinances and laws created by states and other municipalities. Therefore the actions of the City of Oakland, CA are in violation of the constitution and city and it's leaders are to be held accountable for violating the Constitution of US and need to be tried for crimes against citizens of US. The city of Oakland, CA and others have in effect declared war against the citizens of the United States of America and they need to be stopped for hurting American citizens.
