uphold the whole text of the First Amendment.

Created by J.F. on October 01, 2011

The First Amendment establishes a separation between Church and State. And rightly so, that no one belief should ever dominate the Union in order to oppress our citizens. Secular Humanism, a generic religion, not only violates the Establishment Clause, but is oppressive and intolerant within government.

Stated in equal form within the text, is the clear understanding that religion and it's many expressions have a recognized and established place in American society. Government has no right to sterilize religious expression within itself.

Every American has the right to engage their faith without fear of those who represent them. Sanitizing prayer or erasing any official religious recognition is unconstitutional. It violates a separation of State and Faith in public practice.
