Kinder eggs were banned in the 1938 Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act because of the non-nutritional centre. That act was put into place to prevent from hazardous materials being added to food. Kinder eggs most certainly are not hazardous, they are delicious and a fun treat for children. The boxes have labels that the eggs are suitable for children three and up, so there is no reason people would not know about whats inside the egg. Kinder eggs are completely safe, and the toys inside are stored in a large plastic container that would be impossible for a child to swallow.
