UPS in 2004, killed two people at their New Haven Ct facility. OSHA did an investigation. When OSHA questioned Mark Kelly he said they were for decoration only. I filed a case at MCAD in a seperate matter. On the bottom of UPS site Supervisor interview it said, the surveillance tapes are in our HR office. That MCAD matter was filed in Nov 2004. I want UPS prosecuted for obstruction of Justice. If Mass. can prosecute Aaron Hernandez for destroying his, why cant UPS be prosecuted for with holding and lying about theirs. The person who died in New Haven deserves the same respect as Llyod the person Hernandez killed.
