Urge the administration to work with Congress to tax 99% of all Super PAC spending.

The Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United is strangling the ability of non-corporate and middle income Americans to have their voices represented in the political process. This decision was a monumental failure and I urge the Administration to work with Congress to pass meaningful campaign finance reform and to use their power to overturn Citizens United v. Federal Communications Commission.
