It has always been known that family court has had an un-written bias mainly benefiting women in a majority of child support cases.
We are asking for reform of family court laws terminating child support in cases of EQUAL parenting time.
Although we believe the entire family court system needs reform, this petition is solely addressing the unjust "grey area" of financial support with equal custody in which laws are usually left up to the discretion of a judge and not based on law or equality.
