Appeal international communities to urge China's authorities to comply with "Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)", ratify "International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR)", respect UN resolution on "The promotion, protection and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet" and immediately stop abusing human rights to its people. The permeation of China's authoritarianism and corruption will undermine the rules of laws and destruct the moral system of the world. Without liberty, justice, democracy and fundamental human rights, China Dream will remain only as unrealizable desires and even bring about unimaginable nightmares for the populace.
