In the Chinese CET exam, radio is the only receiver to receive the listening test. But the tone quality is really terrible. So we hope President Obama can urge the Chinese government to stop using radio as the listening test receiver, and using computers instead. We believe that Chinese government and universities are rich enough to pay for the computers in each classroom. So they should take actions.
