The World Health Organization is running out of funding to aid refugees in the unprecedented crisis in the Middle East and Africa. If there is no other way for refugees to feed their families, there becomes an increased threat of those refugees being recruited by extremist groups in the region, thereby creating a growing threat to our national and international interests. We toy ourselves as the leaders of peace in the world, now is our chance to show that we truly are.
