Urge Congress to ban the sales of all semi automatic pistols and rifles. Create a buy back program for same.
Revolvers, bolt action rifles and shotguns would remain legal with no more than a 6 round capacity. A background check and waiting period would be mandatory.
Rules and regulations regarding purchase and sale of firearms would be similar to buying an automobile and would require a title issued by the State of residence.
