Congress is constantly at odds with itself in finding a useful and effective measure to reduce the country's excessive spending habits. This is due to the fact that right wing conservatives and left wing liberals cannot listen to the other side's opinion causing stalemates and nothing getting done. If this congress is to get any legislation passed, the congressmen and women must all work together in finding the most effective solution that would most benefit the country.
