Urge Congress to extend Middle Class Tax Cuts for 98% of Americans and 97% of Small Businesses. Tell Congress not to hold the economy and the middle class hostage by seeking additional tax cuts for families and businesses earning $250,000 or more per year.
According to the Tax Policy Center 98 percent of Americans earn less than $250,000 a year and 97 percent of all small business owners in America report annual business income of $250,000 or less.
The wealthy and large corporations should pay their fare share.
We urge the White House Administration to take action now to encourage Congress to extend the middle class tax cuts because Middle Class families cannot afford a $1,600 tax increase nor can a typical middle-class family of four afford for their taxes to go up by $2,200.
