The latest tragedy in Newtown Connecticut once again emphasis the lack of security in our public schools.
Whether it's a mentally derainged person; a homegrown or foreign terrorist; or a confused student who's graphically violent video game taught them to kill all who they think pick on them, makes no difference.
The sad fact is that every year we hear about another school shooting. Banning guns is not the solution. Protecting our children is.
